This form is intended for individuals wishing to exercise their rights with the companies of the VIVESCIA Group, in accordance with Articles 12 to 22 of Regulation nº 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR).

The individuals concerned have the following rights in principle:

  • Withdrawal of Consent: the right to withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data.

  • Access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed and, where that is the case, access to the said personal data.

  • Rectification:the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them.

  • Erasure: the right to request the erasure of certain personal data concerning them.

  • Restriction: the right to obtain the restriction of processing, in other words, the right to temporarily freeze the use of some of their data.

  • Portability: the right to recover their data in order to transmit it to another organization.

  • Objection: the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them.

  • Refusal of exclusively automated processing: the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
